Considering working with us but unsure what to expect? We’ve broken down our process to make it as clear as possible, providing guidance every step of the way.

PROCESS

Inquire
Interested in working together? Your first step is to submit the inquiry form! You know your business best, so we want to hear from you about what you’re looking for and how we can help bring your dream to life. After submitting the form, we will be in contact within 24 to 72 hours with the next steps.
02.
Chat
The next step will be for us to reach out with more details regarding your inquiry, along with a suggestion to book a coffee & consult chat! This free 15-minute consultation allows us to get to know each other better, understand your business and design needs, and see if we’d be a good fit for a partnership.
03.
Say Yes !
After your coffee and consult chat, we will send over a proposal outlining what we discussed during our call, along with the details of your chosen package tailored to your business needs. This proposal will include pricing, timelines, and any other key information to help you make your decision. At this point, you’ll decide whether to move forward. If you’re as excited as we are to work together, we’ll send over a contract!
04.
Sign
Sign the contract and begin the onboarding process! We’re happy to answer any questions you have or make modifications to your package proposal to ensure you’re completely satisfied. Once the contract is reviewed and signed, our partnership can officially begin! We’ll send over a welcome package to keep you in the loop as the design process gets underway.
05.
Design
The best part! Sit back and relax while we handle all the details! As the design process gets underway, we will keep you updated according to the welcome package guidelines for feedback and approvals. We want you to be happy with everything we create, so your voice and opinions are a key part of this step.
06.
Review
Once all deliverables are completed, we will schedule a brand presentation call to review the final designs! We’ll walk you through our process, explain our design choices, cover any administrative details, answer your questions, and provide you with all the final files.
07.
Reality!
And just like that, your dreams have become reality—you’re ready to launch your new brand!
